International Chef Ramon 

Graduating from New York’s Culinary Institute of America as a specialist in international cuisine, Chef Ramon has become an expert in cuisines from around the world and in catering events for as little as 10 to over 1,000 happy guests. In 2011 Ramon joined The Steak House on Broadway as Executive Chef where he daily creates new unique dishes, seasonal appetizers and presents his famous buffets during Thanksgiving, Mother’s and Father’s Days.
